We accept all major credit & debit cards payments.

United States, United Kingdom: Free ePacket shipping, 7-15 business days
Germany, Canada, France, Sweden, Russia: Free ePacket shipping, 7-15 business days
United Arab Emirates  & Oman: Standard Shipping, 10-25 business days

You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
 
Refunds and Exchanges
 
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at info@dravashop.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available.
